I made this clutch using Anna Maria Horner's Pattern found here. Overall, I really loved everything about this pattern (I will be teaching this as a class at the Quilt Barn for all the details click on the classes tab at the top of my blog). The clutch came together quickly, the instructions were very well written, and it used some fun design techniques (like the buttonhole). The only change that I made was to not use a fusible pellon in the top band (I used a non fusible pellon) which I think made it easier to work with and gave a better finish to the top band (aka no wrinkles in the fabric from the fusing or fussing with the iron). The clutch does not have any interior pockets but you could easily add those along with straps if desired. This will probably turn into one of my go-to purse patterns for the summer and last minute gifts.
