I baked this lovely little cake yesterday... it sure is yummy!! Tomorrow will be a day filled with baking sugar cookies, so they can be decorated on Wednesday afternoon. Yesterday, I spent a little bit of time organizing my schedule, sorting a bunch of stuff that I had unpacked, and baking. I am making a small dent in my to-do list, which is great because I keep adding to it! Off to go work off all the cake calories...
