Thursday night was the monthly meeting of the Magic Valley Modern Quilt guild (which is always a blast!). Luckily this month it was time to swap our potholders. I made to really large (more like trivets) potholders- Here is the first one:

the front (i really love the simplicity of it and thought it would be great for a tea kettle to rest on), here's the back...

The second potholder I made was really fun (I really enjoyed making this block):

and the green isn't really that bright--- I can't remember what color I was using but it is a Kona Solid and the back...

In turn these were the two I got---- (they are now hanging on the wall by the kitchen and I simply adore them!)-

I can't wait for our next swap!
